Terms of Business

All contracts will be made with Polymetis Professional Solutions Ltd.,  a company registered in England and Wales (registered number 1404185 ) whose registered office is at 40 Kimbolton Road, Bedford MK40 2NR, United Kingdom and with  VAT Reg No: 412 717 028

Agreements are not binding until a formal agreement has been executed. Notwithstanding this Polymetis's work and its networks are confidential and proprietary and shall not be used or disclosed without Polymetis's express permission in writing and then only on the terms of such permissions

Contracts will be non-exclusive

​

Payment will be due within 30 days of invoice in the currency of Polymetis's choice.
